Do not touch Jonathan, or else…, IYC warns Buhari

An Ijaw socio-cultural group in Bayelsa State, Izon Ibe Youth Assembly, on Sunday claimed that a former Special Assistant to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan has been fraternizing with the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari by releasing sensitive documents to the government.
The organisation specially said the ex-Presidential Aide was who has seemingly fallen out with the former president’s wife is responsible for the document containing details of the recent probe of $6.9 million mobile stage for public events.
Spokesman of IYA, Jones Opugu, in a statement in Yenagoa said the man is “a traitor and a disgrace to the Ijaw nation.”
The former presidential aide who is also a former Bayelsa lawmaker and Commissioner for Local Government and Community Development, had been expelled from the PDP for alleged anti-party activities.
But he maintains a faction of the party in the state seriously opposed to the emergence of the incumbent governor, Seriake Dickson being handed the party ticket in the forthcoming governorship election in that state.
The former aide also recently denounced Dame Patient Jonathan publicly for directing her loyalists to support the second term bid of Governor Dickson in the December 5 governorship election.
He said that the directive did not include him and had not changed his position that if the PDP fields Dickson as its flag bearer in the forthcoming election, it will fail woefully.
According to Opugu, the aide has betrayed Jonathan so as to be in the good book of the new administration and possibly avoid invitation by the Department of State Services (DSS) to account for his actions while in government.
The group said the allegations were “true and on good authority” adding that it has resolved to expose the former presidential aide for him to account for what it described as “the huge money in his possession”.
The statement read in parts: “It is regrettable that in this season of betrayal of our own son and former President Goodluck Jonathan, a very close aide like him could be an associated traitor. We have it on good authority and have subsequently found out to be true that he was behind the latest probe where his former boss and former Petroleum Minister, Diezani Allison-Madueke, were alleged to have purchased three pieces of 40 feet mobile stages for mass public speaking at $6.9 million.
“We are aware of how he is fraternizing with the Buhari administration to release sensitive documents which will be used to further probe the former president and the reason he is doing so is to escape the invitation of the DSS to account for his own actions in government.

“As now a public knowledge, he is afraid of all the atrocities he committed as a privileged aide by fraudulently collecting huge sums of money from unsuspecting visitors to the Presidential Villa who were desperate to see the former president but failed to deliver. Now he is running from pillar to post, trying to play game with the new government and resorted to releasing secret documents currently being used to probe his former boss and we are also aware that more of such documents are being made available to nail our own son and his former boss.
“We see his action as treacherous and a monumental disgrace to the Ijaw nation. In a bid to save his face, he is working closely with the current occupants at the Villa to betray his former boss which is regrettable. In any case, we have resolved to expose this man without conscience for who he truly is, as we believe it is the right thing to do for him to also be made to account for all the billions in his possession.
“Our query for him is: How did he come about the 50 million dollars in his possession? Why did he flee from the country? Why is he fighting his former boss and the wife? Is it because he was told to return their money in his possession and he refused? But no matter how far he would probably go in his actions as a traitor, nemesis will catch up with him”, the group said

Our query for him? How did he come about $50m? Why is he fighting his former boss and wife? IS IT BECAUSE THEY ASKED HIM TO RETURN THEIR MONEY IN HIS POSSESSION AND HE REFUSED?
Me thinks this write-up is rather juvenille. If guy has $50m in his account illegally, get in touch with the EFCC prompto. How come GEJ and Patience have money with this guy? The guy na bank.

All further evidence of the level of sleaze that characterized GEJ’s government. The author of this piece and his band of praise singers/bootlickers should cover their faces in shame. a new dawn has come into the country and every patriotic Nigerian should key into this.

Enough of primordial sentiments – ‘He is our son, and so can not do wrong,’ The guy at the helm of affairs probing the sins of our son’s government is our enemy, and anybody who offers evidence for the clean up is a traitor.’

I honestly do not understand how that sounds reasonable to any right thinking person.

Mschew! Enough of these utter rubbish. Let’s all join hands to build a new and virile country, where we all can hold our heads up in pride, and declare to the world, ‘Yes, I am a NIGERIAN’.

Plenty rubbish spewed from plenty quarters is enough. Dazzol!!!
