GEJ’s aide, Oronto Douglas, gives in to cancer

Oronto Douglas, Special Adviser to President Goodluck Jonathan on Research, Documentation and Strategy, Oronto Douglas, is dead.

Aged 49, Douglas reportedly gave up the ghost on Thursday at the State House Clinic in Abuja, from cancer-related complications, according to an hospital source.

He is survived by a wife and children.
