Lanre Gentry mocks estranged wife Mercy Aigbe over UK medical check-up

Lagos hotelier Lanre Gentry seems to be hell bent on taking advantage of every opportunity to mock his estranged wife Mercy Aigbe for daring to take him to court over allegations of battery.

Less than a week after his release from prison, Lanre went ahead to show off his new lover on Instagram, posting a photo of him and his new love Temi on the social media platform.

On the picture post, Lanre who had only been separated from his wife for barely two weeks at the time, posed with his alleged lover and wrote thus; ‘Temi my new love’.

This time, Lanre is making mockery of his wife’s visit to the the United Kingdom for more treatment and medical check-up.

Moments after her check-up in the UK, Mercy posted thus on Instagram; “In the UK to see an Oral and Maxilloficial Surgeon,” she wrote. “No woman should go through these much pain, anguish and trauma all in the name of marriage.”

Moments after her post on Instagram, Lanre took to his page and wrote thus; “I don’t regret my past. I just regret the time I’ve wasted with the wrong people.”

Lanre who is standing trial, could face up to three years in prison if found guilty of the charges leveled against him.

Lanre who has been charged on three counts of domestic violence, assault, and threat to life could spend that much time in prison if the court finds him guilty after his wife accused him of battery and claimed that she has been enduring an abusive marriage.
