Neymar hires UFC fighter Taleb as personal bodyguard

World’s most expensive footballer, Neymar, has drafted in UFC fighter Nordine Taleb as his new personal bodyguard after a world-record move to Paris St Germain.

The Brazil international, who arrived in Paris after the transfer from Barcelona, has hired some serious protection with the reported addition of Taleb.

A photo that made the rounds on social media on Wednesday captured the fighter among his team of guards.

Taleb is known to MMA and UFC fans as a welterweight contender who has fought seven times in the octagon.

The 36-year-old, who fought as recently as May causing an upset in Sweden by beating home favourite Oliver Enkamp, is an accomplished striker with seven knockouts on his 13-4 record alongside seven decision victories.

Neymar made a superb first appearance for the Ligue 1 club on Sunday as he scored a goal and set up another in their 3-0 win over Guingamp.
