In from Nifemi Daniel …
Stoke City striker, Osaze Odemwingie, is happy to be back after a long spell of injury as the Super Eagles hitman featured for his club in the Capital One Cup on Wednesday.
The former Cardiff City star missed majority of last season after he picked up a knee ligament injury in August 2014. He just recently recovered from a knee injury which he sustained in August.
Odemwingie was replaced by new signing Xherdan Shakiri in the 84th minute of the match as Stoke City secured a 1-0 away win against Fulham.

Meanwhile, holders Chelsea will take on Stoke City in the Capital One Cup fourth round while Manchester United will host Middlesbrough.
The Blues defeated Walsall 4-1 on Wednesday night and will now travel to the Britannia Stadium while Manchester United will take on Championship side Boro after beating Ipswich 3-0 at Old Trafford.
