TARABA: High Court disqualifies APC governorship candidate Sani Danladi

Barely twenty-four hours after he was disqualified as the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Taraba State, Sani Danladi has been returned as the party’s flag-bearer in Saturday’s election.

Danladi was on Wednesday disqualified by a Federal High Court in Jalingo over false declaration of age but was on Thursday reinstated by an order from the Court of Appeal.
