Bappa: I was sacked for not giving N200m to minister

The sacked Executive Secretary of the Teritiary Education Trust Fund (TetFund) Abdullahi Bappa Bichi, has said that he was removed from his post for resisting to allegedly gives N200 million bribe to the Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu.

That was even as the Peoples Democratic Party’s Presidential Campaign Organization (PPCO) said the allegations made by Bichi further exposed the corruption in the presidency.

Adamu had sacked Bappa on Monday without stating any reason and immediately replaced him with Professor Mustapha Bogoro as head of TETFUND.
