Guinean President orders 24-hour national day of prayer for Buhari’s recovery
Guinean President, Alpha Condé, has asked all Muslims in the country to observe a 24-hour prayer for President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday.
This order was issued while addressing the country’s Council of Ministers in a meeting on Thursday.
At the meeting, Condé expressed concern over President Buhari’s health and declared that Friday be devoted to prayers for Buhari’s quick recovery.
Condé said that Buhari was expected to visit Guinea in March but was unable to do so because of his health.
He therefore urged that prayers be held in all mosques in the country in what he described as a day of prayers for Buhari.

About 85 per cent of the Guinean population is Muslim, while the remaining 15 per cent comprises Christians at eight per cent, and traditionalists at seven per cent.
It will be recalled that in a similar move, the Jigawa State Government had only weeks ago declared a state-wide public holiday so that residents could pray for President Buhari.
President Buhari had since May 7, 2017 been away in London for a follow-up medical appointment, prompting calls for legislative and executive action to determine whether or not he remained healthy enough to continue as president.

This is challenging if other country can declare prayer for our own president to show how much they love him but here in Nigeria, we keep saying nonsense about him instead of praying for him

That’s because we lack spirit of patriotism in Nigeria due to our leaders’ attitudes.but I expect your pastor Osinbajo to have called for national fasting for his boss all these while.

When Osinbajo is not a mumu, you think he won’t be happy if buhari dies today? He won’t call for national fasting and prayers for his boss because he wants to be the president too and also Nigerians’ mouth are full of sins, so God won’t listen to their prayers

This shows how much Buhari is valued outside the country, even Nigerians will not obey this type of order, they prefer to sleep all day and complain about the economy than pray for Buhari

Buhari is not appreciated in Nigeria and those who appreciate him have taken it as a must to pray for him, God bless Guinea. May God give Nigerians wisdom and the ability to do the right things at the right time. Hatred for Buhari will not help us all, we all need to start praying for him.

Guineans should not waste their energy, Buhari is long dead! They prayers will not bring him back to life, they should pray for Biafra instead. Biafrans need their prayers more

We don’t need prayers but actions as Biafrans. God has sanctioned Biafra to be
