He’s irresponsible, all he wants is s3x, woman seeking divorce tells court
An Ikole Ekiti Customary Court in Ekiti State listened to the prayers of a 30-year-old woman identified as Sola Bamisile who asked the court to dissolve her five-year marriage over her husband’s strong sexual urge.
She told the court that their five-year union has produced four kids who are not being taken care of by their jobless father and her kids are also not in school like their other mates.
Sola also told the court that each time she denies her husband sex, he beats her to a pulp and leaves home for days.
“I always quarrel with my husband because none of our children is in school; there is no proper care for me and the children.
“My husband is always concerned about having sex with me whenever he has taken palm-wine.

“He has not even paid my dowry,’’ she said.
Continuing, the petitioner told the court that her husband’s family members have been begging her to rescind her decision to divorce the father of her kids for not being able to take care of her and the children.
“My husband and his family have been coming to me to change my mind about the divorce.
“He has also written a letter of undertaking to be of good behavior,’’ she said.
The petitioner tendered the letter of undertaking in court as exhibit even as her husband denied allegations that he constantly beats his wife but admitted that he had not paid her dowry.
Before adjourning the case to May 8 for report of settlement, president of the court, Mrs Yemisi Ojo, ruled that the plaintiff should monitor the respondent’s behavior for three months to ascertain if he had changed.
She also ordered that the man should enroll his children in school before the next adjourned date.

Some women are shameless, when the man must riding inside her to produce 4 children, she never knew then that he is irresponsible, but now, clamouring for divorce, I know not what the world is turning into.

Aboki, you are silly. Do you know if he raped the woman to have all those children? You think anyone would like to file for divorce after four children, you think she is happy with that or you think she is not aware she is now worn out and knows no one will approach her again. Think reasonably.

Some men are shameless! You cannot provide the needs of your family and he has the money to drink palm wine! This is silly, who’s supposed to convert the money to his family up keep if not him? He’s simply irresponsible, no responsible man will choose palm wine aged of his family.

Wrong things men do… the woman who accepted you will all your baggage to become you wife, spend the rest of her life with you, how can any good man raise his hands to beat such woman? This same woman will cook for you, take care of your kids, do the house chores and give you sex!!! Should this woman be punching bag or pampering bag? Nigerian men should repent, the responsibilities of being a wife are more than being an husband, good women should be respected, loved and cared for.
