Crisis hit Oyo muti-party coalition, as Lanlehin accuses Makinde of going against agreement

Oyo state Governor, Seyi Makinde, has directed all former political office holders to return government vehicles and other assets in their custody.

In a statement signed by the Governor’s Chief of Staff, Bisi Ilaka, and made available to newsmen in Ibadan on Wednesday, the former aides were asked to comply with the directive or risk confrontation with security agencies.

The statement read: “It has been observed that some former political office holders are still in possession of official vehicles attached to their offices in spite of the fact that they are no longer in the service of Oyo state.
