Nigerian govt links Nnamdi Kanu to 2,671 seized pump action rifles

Perhaps, in a most brazing display till date, the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), led by Nnamdi Kanu, says it is ready for armed conflict, with men being groomed for possible war against Nigeria.

In a video that has gone viral, a group of individuals, mostly men and a sprinkle of ladies, are seen clad in black attires and different shades of red berets, lined up in rows on a road somewhere in Abia State.

Looking rag-tag, a man is seen bellowing instructions and describing the assembly as men and women of Biafra Security Service (BSS). He also describes Nnamdi Kanu, who is seen ready to review the parade, as head of the armed forces of Biafra, while threatening that the group would take up arms if forced to.

Kanu has continued to confront the Nigerian state verbally, vowing that there was no going back on the Biafra project. He is widely held to have broken all the bail conditions granted him and may risk further detention if and when he returns to court for the substantive hearing of his alleged treason case in October.

Meanwhile, Kanu has called for boycott of elections in the South East of Nigeria.

Fit and agile men of Biafra Security Seevice. The Nigeria forces should see why real security forces look like not their epileptic men who cannot even stand upright. God bless Biafra land!
