North Korea set for controversial satellite launch

North Korea is all set to go ahead with its proposed satellite launch despite warning from regional and other world powers.

According to regional sources, the East Asian country has pushed forward the date for the controversial satellite launch to as early as Sunday.

Japanese government reveals that North Korea, which is deemed as a secretive state in the region will launch the satellite bearing rocket between 7-14 February though Pyongyang had earlier stated it will launch the satellite between 8-25 of February.

World powers are worried that the proposed satellite launch by North Korea may just be a coy for a ballistic missile test.

Neighbours, South Korea have already drawn the marker, warning the North, that it will “pay a harsh price” if it goes ahead with its plan to launch the satellite.
