Sad times for comedian MC Abbey

Stand up comedian Abiodun Sheriff Olopade popularly known as MC Abbey has confirmed that his father is no more.
According to the comedian, he lost his late father, Chief I. O Olopade a few hours after they spoke.
MC Abbey penned a tribute to his late father on his facebook page, describing him as the first comedian he ever knew.

“I remember the last words you said to me the morning before you died… “love you, please buy the soap you bought for me before and send to me, I like it”… Suddenly at night it was the call announcing your death… Chief I. O Olopade the Akakamukoko 1, Baba chief, the first comedian I ever knew… Always laughing to my ring tone…so sad you are gone… Farewell Daddy,” he wrote.
