Two days after sacking Jibrin, Appeal Court quashes another top APC lawmaker’s election in Kaduna

Exactly two days after the Court of Appeal sacked a member of the House of Representatives from Kano State, Abdulmumin Jibrin, another lawmaker on the All Progressive Congress (APC) platform has been sent packing from the Kaduna State House of Assembly.

This time, a Court of Appeal sitting in Kaduna has nullified the election of the House Leader in the Assembly, Alhassan Doguwa.
