Violence breaks out in Akure, Ago Yeye

Reports from Akure ward 2 is that there is violence after an alleged All Progressives Congress (APC) chairman was chased away by angry voters as he tried to buy votes from voters.

He was reportedly manhandled by voters who chased him away, but his supporters came to his rescue sparking a confrontation between both groups.

There is also reports of violence at Ago Yeye polling Unit Oba Road, Owo Local Government Area of the state where an INEC ballot box has been shattered with ballot papers scattered on the ground.
