Men’s fashion is gradually evolving, and we love what we see year after year. 2016 has been an exceptional year, but we still have to put some checks on fashion trends before it goes overboard.

Here are five fashion styles that should be left behind with the year 2016.

1. Loud Coloured Pants for the Guys: This is definitely a No-no, we need the guys to just maintain their cool colours, so we don’t get the wrong vibe (we like our brothers straight, you know what i mean). Please do away with obvious colours, Mr. KCEE we love you but it’s a NO.

2. The “short” Short: I really don’t know what to call this. How is this even a trend for crying out loud? The ladies are trying to cover up; Our brothers are trying to strip themselves of their long trousers and fine shirts.

3. The Beard Gang: Please guys can we move on; as we have repeatedly proved that beards have not helped anybody. We don’t need those hairs in our mouth, when we try to lock lips (winks). To the gang member, the beards are not worth it. Trust me, we like our guys with clean shave. Can we move on?

4. The Pink/Purple Socks: Clap for the guys…..you have outdone yourselves. Now let’s transcend to 2017 without those damn rainbow socks.

5. The Makeup loving Guys: No shades intended…..Bobrisky et al, repent now or my lips are sealed. Can you guys just leave the make-up department for the ladies?
