No surprise there. Those bunch of overfed clowns usually find it hard to put the country’s interest before theirs. In any case, I even consider it hypocritical to talk about devolution of powers to state if there is no fiscal federalism.

Any Nigerian who’s not happy with what the senate has done should march with the Biafrans and join hands with us to have a better country. Obviously Nigerian leaders don’t give a heck about their people, what they want is power and all its benefits

Why is it that the senate tends to favour everything that has to do with the senators across all levels? they voted ‎in favour of financial autonomy for State Houses of Assembly and they couldn’t vote in favour of devolution of powers to States. Nonentities

Nigeria isn’t there yet, we can devolution of powers to States can never start until we put things right in Nigeria. Although the 48 against and 46 in favor figures looks like a planned work to make Nigerians believe the senate truly deliberated seriously on it

This Senate is the worst in the history of Nigeria legislative era’s. So greedy, selfish and irrational. How can they passed financial autonomy to state house of Assemblies ? Are they in anyway doing projects or how? President Buhari or Osinbajo must not give nod to the bill and state governors should kick against it because it’s a means to strengthen corruption in the legislature. Saraki is a shame to this country.

That’s the Senate bequeathed to us in this dispensation and we have no option than to admit all their resolutions
