If we can’t execute them, let’s ban corrupt politicians from politics --Gov Bello

The government of Niger State, has vowed to arrest residents of the state without face masks outside their homes.

Governor Bello announced this on Thursday while declaring that over 300,000 face masks had been locally produced and available for free distribution in the state.

The state is making the wearing of face masks compulsory as part of measures to contain the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic.

“While face masks cannot fully prevent someone from becoming infected with COVID-19, it would go a long way preventing people from spreading the disease to others.
