EFCC grills Elechi

Published

on

The immediate past governor of Ebonyi State, Martin Elechi was a guest of the EFCC on Tuesday as he was grilled over allegations that he misappropriated the funds of the state while he was governor there.

Elechi arrived at the Wuse, Abuja office of the commission at 10am with some of his former commissioners.

The anti-graft agency had on January 29, 2015 questioned the former governor’s son, Nnanna, on allegations of money laundering and embezzlement.

The EFCC spokesman, Wilson Uwujaren, confirmed that Elechi was being interrogated following allegations of misappropriation of public funds.

When asked if he would be detained overnight, Uwujaren said he did not know.

All the while Elechi was (Figurehead) Governor….
He wasn’t the one actually Rulling…
His son was (cos he was too old to rule)…
Definitely all the fund making decisions were of his son

GOOD LUCK With EFCC QUIZ RESULT
