Nigeria duo of Vincent Enyeama and Ahmed Musa has been eliminated from the list of the 2015 Glo-CAF awards after the Confederation of African Football pruned the numbers to 10.
Enyeama lost in 2014 to Yaya Toure as the Ivorian captain defeated the recently retired Nigeria captain and Gabon international, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
CAF on Monday released the lists for the top 10 nominees for the two categories; African Player of the Year 2015 and African Player of the Year (Based in Africa) 2015.
No Nigerian was listed for the African Player of the Year (Based in Africa) following the dismal performances of Nigerian clubs in the continental competition this season.
