Nigerian Air Force pounds terrorists’ location in response to deadly Metele attack

A heavy blow has been reportedly dealt on terrorists after their location was pounded heavily and some of them killed by troops of the Nigerian Air Force.

A top military intelligence officer told PRNigeria, that the airstrikes launched by the Nigerian Air Force destroyed a convoy of vehicles linked to Boko Haram attackers.

“The Nigerian air force is following the trail of the terrorists and has successfully destroyed about seven vehicles including gun truck and eliminated all the terrorists in the vehicles,” the military source said.

The pounding is coming one week after the deadly attack on the Nigerian Army formation in Metele village of Borno State by Boko Haram terrorists resulting in heavy casualty on the side of the Nigerian troops.
