14-yr-old girl arrested for stabbing her dad to death
The long arm of the law has caught up with a yet-to-be-named 14-year-old girl who allegedly stabbed her father to death at the Cable Point area of Asaba, the capital of Delta State.
Reports say the girl in question committed the crime because her dad scolded her for an offence she committed which did not go down well with him.
Sources say the girl waited for her father to fall fast asleep before she stabbed him to death in his sleep.

The crime was confirmed by Andrew Aniamaka, the state Police Public Relations Officer, who bemoaned the inrease of crime in the state especially among youths.
He said; “I don’t have information if the deceased is the girl’s father. But all we know for now is that he was related to her.
“Imagine a small girl stabbing her relative to death. The other day, it was killing of a Delta State University student. Where are we heading to?’’, he asked.
