Nigeria’s sacked Oliseh gets FIFA appointment

Former Super Eagles coach, Sunday Oliseh, has expressed excitement on his appointment by world soccer ruling body FIFA into its Technical Department.

Oliseh who resigned recently following a misunderstanding with the Nigeria Football Federation, took to his facebook page to announcement his appointment.

“I feel honoured to be appointed into the “new look” FIFA Technical Department,” he wrote.

The former Super Eagles captain is expected to join other technical experts to analyse and make reports during FIFA tournament starting with the football tournament during the 2016 Olympics in Rio, Brazil.

Oliseh added, “Next mission is the 2016 Rio Olympics football in Brazil. We thank God for the elevation and opportunity to represent Africa once again.
