PARIS: Knife wielding man kills 1, injures many
Tragedy struck near the main opera house in the French capital of Paris when a knife wielding man killed one victim and injured many others.
According to French media, the assailant was shot dead by police during the deadly attack even as authorities could not determine the motive of the attacker.

In a message on Twitter, Interior Minister Gerard Collomb praised the “cool and quick reaction of the police forces who neutralised the attacker”.
