The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Adams Oshiomhole on Wednesday said the RevolutionNow protest declared by the Presidential candidate of African Action Congress (AAC) Omoyele Sowore was done because he lost the last Presidential election to President Muhammadu Buhari.

He spoke with State House correspondents after a meeting of the APC National Working Committee (NWC) with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

According to him, “Sowore who was the Presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, AAC and the Sahara Reporters publisher decided to lead the protest after failing to win the 23rd February 2019 presidential election”.

Oshiomhole also said that every Nigerian has the right to protest, but must properly articulate their grievances.
