Are Toke Makinwa and Maje Ayida back again?

If reports reaching us are anything to go by, then radio personality, Toke Makinwa and her estranged husband Maje Ayida may just have decided
to mend fences.

According to an impeccable source which pleaded anonymity, both partners are now back on speaking terms but are yet to move back in together as man and wife.

“They are really taking it very slowly and naturally don’t want to rush things up. Toke has been very cooperative with her man and has forgiven him although it was not easy for her at all. They now exchange phone calls and messages and have met a couple of times. I can’t tell you more than that please, so I don’t get into trouble,” the source said.

The source further informed that the couple has decided not to bring their private affairs into public domain and they may no longer be seen together at social functions.

“It’s a ground rule that both parties have agreed to for obvious reasons,” the source informed.

It could be recalled that Toke’s 18 month old marriage to Maje supposedly hit the rocks after he allegedly got his ex-girlfriend based in Calabar named Anita Solomon, pregnant.
