NASS LEADERSHIP: APC to make its position known soon

Controversies on Friday trailed the All Progressives Congress in Zamfara State as two law courts gave opposing ruling in the conduct of the Primary election in the State.

Justice Bello Mohammed Shinkafi of the state high court upheld the primary election of the party in the state, while Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu of an Abuja Federal High court ruled that INEC should not recognize the list of candidates by the party in the state.

The party had filed a suit challenging INEC declaration, that the party had failed to fulfill the provisions of the electoral act, within the stipulated time.
