DSS frees ex-APGA chairman, Umeh

Freedom came the way of a former National Chairman of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), Chief Victor Umeh, as he was Friday released by the Department of State Services (DSS).

Umeh was arrested on Thursday at his Aguluzigbo country home in Anambra State and taken to Abuja for questioning over allegations of sponsoring the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).

His release was confirmed by the Deputy Secretary of APGA, Chief Jerry Obasi.
