EPL: Moses stars in Chelsea win, Palace leap out of relegation zone as Burnley go fourth

Super Eagles forward, Victor Moses, was in action throughout the game as Premier League champions, Chelsea defeated Huddersfield on Tuesday night.

The Blues dominated the game and thrashed the home side 3-1 to earn Moses a perfect 27th birthday celebration as they moved level on points with second-placed Manchester United.

Goals by Tiemoue Bakayoko, Willian and Pedro ensured Huddersfield lost for
the fifth time in six games, as a consolation goal by substitute Laurent Depoitre was not enough to earn them a point.

In another Premier League encounter, Crystal Palace scored two late goals to earn a dramatic win over Watford and moved out of the relegation zone for the first time this season.

Daryl Janmaat had put Watford ahead and they were heading to victory before Bakary Sako bundled in an 89th-minute equaliser two minutes after Tom Cleverly sent off for a second yellow card.

James McArthur then snatched the winner in the second minute of stoppage time, side-footing home from Wilfried Zaha’s cross.

Elsewhere, Substitute Ashley Barnes’ late winner ensured Burnley’s remarkable start to the season continued as they moved into fourth place in the Premier League with victory over Stoke at Turf Moor.

Sean Dyche’s side climb into the Champions League places above Tottenham, Arsenal and Liverpool – who all play on Wednesday – while Stoke stay 15th.
