Arsenal have returned to the top of the Premier League after being Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-0 on Saturday night.

The Gunners crashed out of the Champions League within the week after losing to Bayern Munich in the quarterfinals, and bounced back at the Molineux.

Leandro Trossard’s strike in the last minute of the opening half put the visitors ahead before Captain Martin Odegaard added the second deep into stoppage time.

The result means Arsenal are now a point clear of City, with a better goal difference but having played a game more.

Earlier on Saturday, Brentford thrashed their hosts Luton Town 5-1 while Burnley also thrashed their hosts Sheffield United 4-1.

With the win, Burnley gave their Premier League survival hopes a huge boost.
