“God will present the right man for me at the right time” – Rita Dominic

It is no news that Nollywood actress Rita Dominic is one of the most eligible spinsters in the movie industry but you may ask why such a beautiful thespian is still single.

The reason is not far fetched according to the actress in a recent interview with a lifestyle and fashion magazine; It is not as a result of lack of advances but according to her, she hasn’t found the right man but she is believing God will send him her way soon.

Rita who informed that she could have been married a long time ago but it didn’t work out said, “I believe that God is in charge of my life and will present the right man to me at the right time.”

Continuing, the actress when asked if the pressure of getting married from her family and society was not weighing her down said; “I am a human being and I would be lying to say that it doesn’t sometimes.

“More so because it’s something I sincerely want to do but the feeling passes when I remember that society will not live with the person.

“I will live with the man, so it is very important that I do it because I want to, not because society wants it for me.”

The actress who also works with an organization that support physically challenged people, says at over 40, dating has become a nightmare, “especially in these days of social media where with one click you are all over the internet”.
