IMO APC CRISIS: Court fixes date to hear contempt suit against Oshiomhole

A date to commence hearing on a contempt charge pending against Adams Oshiomhole, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has been fixed.

The date to hear the suit filed against Oshiomhole by Chairman of the APC in Imo State, Mr. Daniel Nwafor, has been set for April 3rd by a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory sitting at Bwari, Abuja.

Justice Othman Musa gave the nod on Wednesday for hearing to begin on the contempt proceeding against Oshiomhole.

The plaintiff is praying the court to commit the APC National Chairman to prison for allegedly refusing to obey a judgment that recognized him as the authentic chairman of the party in Imo state.
