A few days after news made the rounds that bilingual singer Yemi Alade is preparing a law suit against a UK telecoms company, Lebara Mobile for copyright infringement, the talented singer through her manager has denied such claims.

When asked about the law suit, the singer’s manager, Taiye Aliyu, said he did not know anything about taking a UK company to court as this was the first time he was hearing about it.

Earlier reports stated the actions of Lebara were first known when an Instagram user, Lookn4johni in London posted a Lebara poster with the singer’s photo. The report further revealed that Yemi Alade was suing Lebara over using her picture on billboards for one of their services called Lebara Play without her permission.
