I’m ready for Bolton challenge, says Osaze
Former Super Eagles striker Osaze Odemwingie has expressed readiness to work harder in order to earn a deal with Bolton Wanderers after being club-less since his exit from Bristol City last season.

The 35-year-old who has been a free agent since the summer, has stated publicly he was willing to drop wage demands after meeting with Bolton club officials Thursday night, with medical tests planned for Friday.

“It’s tough being a free agent but I’m in great shape and hopefully a move should happen this week,” he told the BBC.

“Mentally and physically I feel strong, when your body and heart is perfectly prepared then you wouldn’t lack the right motivation to succeed.

“As you grow older it becomes tougher in football, you only need someone to believe in you and willing to take a chance.

“I still have a lot to offer a team and I only need to show what I can do somewhere for people to believe that.”

Odemwingie has had a colourful career, boasting 38 Premier League goals, playing at two World Cup finals.
