AFCON QUALIFIERS: Libya top group after thrashing Seychelles
Libya is tentatively ahead of Nigeria and South Africa in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying Group E after securing a 5-1 victory over Seychelles on Friday night.
Goals from Anis Saltou, Ahmad Benali, Hamdou El Houni, Mohammed Zubya and Muaid Ellafi helped the North Africans crush their visitors at the Tripoli Stadium, to begin their campaign on a solid note.

With the win, Lybia lead the group with three points and superior goals difference, and their next fixture will be away to South Africa in March, 2018.
The other Group E qualifier between the Super Eagles of Nigeria and Bafana Bafana of South Africa will hold on Saturday at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo.
