ANAN urges FG, NASS to develop budgetary system

The President and Chairman of Council, Association of National Accountants of Nigeria, Alhaji Shehu Ladan, has urged the Federal Government and the National Assembly to develop a proper budgetary system.

He said that an appropriate budgetary system would properly address the perennial challenges in the budgetary process, particularly the delays in budget formulation and approval.

The ANAN president stated that such delays remained major constraints to governance.
