Army expresses frustration, declares B'Haram war has been politicised

The Nigerian Army has paraded no less than eight suspects who allegedly disrupted the just concluded presidential and National Assembly polls staged in Rivers State last Saturday.

Parading the suspects at the 6 Division of the Nigerian Army, Port Harcourt, on Tuesday before journalists, army spokesman, Sagir Musa, said the suspects were nabbed at various polling units in the state.

Musa also informed that the suspects had posed as staff of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and tampered with electoral materials.

However, some of the suspects during the parade, insisted that it was wrong for the army to parade them as criminals and also maintained that the army lied against them.
