British MPs set to debate Trump ban

After receiving a petition calling for the ban of Donald Trump which gathered more than 500,000 signatures, British MP’s are set to debate whether or not to ban the mouthy Republican frontrunner.

According to reports, the debate by the House of Commons will begin on Monday to determine Trump’s fate on account of what the 573,149 signatories called his “hate speech”.

“The UK has banned entry to many individuals for hate speech,” the petition read. “The same principles should apply to everyone who wishes to enter the UK. It must be fairly applied to the rich as well as poor, and the weak as well as powerful.”
