Buhari departs for Chad (Photos)

President Muhammadu Buhari on MOnday left Abuja for Chad to attend the inauguration of the President Idriss Deby in N’Djamena.

According to a statement issued in Abuja by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, Buhari who would be joining other Heads of State and Government for the ceremony, and would be accompanied by governors of Kano and Borno states – Abdullahi Ganduje and Kashim Shettima.

“The President’s delegation will also include Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama, Sen. Baba Kaka Garba, the National Security Adviser, Maj.-Gen. Babagana Monguno (rtd) and Hon. Tahir Monguno,” the statement added.
