1. Job Title:  Accountant

Job Description and Qualification

  • This position is responsible for financial planning and administration including maintaining the firm’s disbursements cycle and financial transactions.
  • The candidate should have a minimum of B.Sc or HND in Accounting with at least five years post-graduation working experience, should be organized, professional and familiar with General Ledger and accounting concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, including ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

 

2. Job Title:  Architects and Architectural Assistants

Job Description and Qualification

  • These positions will work under a Principal leading or assisting a project team in preparing architectural design and construction drawings and specifications.
  • The ideal candidates for the two positions should respectively be holders of M.Sc (Arch) and B.Sc (Arch)/HND with a minimum of 5 years post-graduation proven experience withexcellent computer graphic skills including proficiency in AUTOCAD, REVIT, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Corel Draw.

3. Job Title:  Experienced Design Project Architect

Job Description and Qualification

  • Leading project teams in developing the aesthetic and technical design of large projects including shopping malls.
  • Managing the preparation of architectural design, construction drawings, documents and specifications.
  • Developing, checking and coordinating the technical aspects of the projects.
  • Be an ARCON-licensed architect with 6-12 years post-registration industry experience
  • Understand the design and procurement process and have a track record of delivering on design and construction projects including shopping malls, Evidence of experience in completion of a shopping mall will be an advantage.
  • Be proficient with REVIT, AutoCAD, Photoshop and In-design CAD software, and 3D software like Ketchup, and have a good working knowledge of Word and Excel software.

4. Job Title:  Administrative Assistants.

Job Description and Qualification

  • This position will perform administrative and office support activities including typing and management of documents, scheduling and coordination of meetings, interviews and similar events.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • An-depth knowledge of typing and composing correspondences, reports and other documents
  • Demonstrated ability to schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Able to work and converse efficiently with colleagues, clients and other external contacts.

 11. Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Assist in arranging travel logistics for department staff, consultants and training participants including hotel reservations and where required, arranging airport and hotel pick-ups.
  • Handle all photocopying assignments, development and printing of documents and photographs including reproduction of recorded videotapes for the office.
  • Assist in the provision of logistic support for workshops and trainings.
  • Assist in the maintenance of an efficient records/storage of all office supplies.
  • Serve as point of contact for logistical and administrative needs in the department.
  • Coordinate all administrative and secretarial support services for the department (as relevant).
  • Record minutes of staff meetings and circulate same amongst the staff of the department.
