Cavani to snub Man Utd, Arsenal for Juventus
Manchester United and Arsenal look set to lose the battle for PSG
forward Edinson Cavani, with a move to Italy reportedly imminent.
The Parisiens look willing to sell the 29-year-old as they
themselves pursue bigger targets, including possibly Cristiano
Ronaldo of Real Madrid.
Italian outlet, Corriere dello Sport state that Juventus are ready to pounce on the Uruguayan, with Paris Saint-Germain firmly in the hunt for Cristiano.
They also claim that ‘El Matador’ Cavani is ready to join
Massimiliano Allegri’s side, who won their fifth consecutive
Scudetto this campaign despite a slow start.
Cavani attracted interest from elite clubs during his spell at
Napoli, where he scored 104 goals in 138 matches, before moving
to the French capital for £55million.
