National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has arrested and questioned four workers with the Nigerian Aviation Handling Company (NACHO) Plc.

The suspects were arrested and interrogated over alleged connection in a failed exportation of 144 kilogrammes of ephedrine to Maputo, Mozambique.

The suspects, it was learnt, are the Chief Security Supervisor of the aviation company NACHO, Audu Garba, two security officers, Nasiru Ibrahim and Haruna Abdullahi. Also involved, is a driver, Adamu Dasura.

They were accused of aiding drug traffickers to hide the drug inside noodles and cartons containing relaxers and cereals before they were caught by the NDLEA operatives at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, while carrying out the outward screening of shipment to be transported via an Ethiopian airline flight on Monday.
