In follow-up meeting, S’East, S’South Governors converge on Rivers

Following an earlier meeting held by the governors of the South-South and South-East in Enugu State last month, as part of their stated efforts to promote economic development and integration among the states, the governors have once again gathered in Rivers State.

Venue of the Sunday closed-door meeting is the Rivers State Government House in Port Harcourt, the state capital.

First to arrive at the venue was Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State, closely followed by his Ebony State counterpart, Dave Umahi.
