Simon, who has been released by his Belgian side, KAA Gent despite having a year left on his contract, is reportedly set to join Spanish club Levante this season.

He will seal the deal in the next few days, according to a report on Spanish news channel, Cadena SER.

The 23-year old was instrumental to Nigeria’s qualification for the just-concluded FIFA World Cup, but could not join the Super Eagles at the showpiece in Russia due to injury.
