Spain appoints minister of s3x

Spanish politicians are worried about the country’s falling birth rate and have named a ‘S*x Tsar’ to encourage people to get in more action.

Authorities in Spanish have appointed its first Minister of S*x, Edelmira Barreira whose job specification will be to get people to have more sex in order to reverse the country’s plummeting birth rate.

According to reports, Spain has one of the lowest birth rate among developed countries and the country is faced with a population crisis, with fewer births than deaths recorded for the first time last year.

Experts say long working hours and a culture of eating late at night and going to bed after midnight is partly to blame for the nation’s s*x famine.

This is coming after lawmakers in Zimbabwe are suggesting 8 children per family as they want to increase population and ignore birth control.

The decision is coming as the country is facing a huge setback to attract foreign investors because of its small population as Senators have now moved a motion urging Zimbabweans not to embrace birth control measures.
