It is no longer news that 37-year-old blogger Linda Ikeji is reportedly five-months pregnant and expecting a baby boy after she confirmed the news on social media.

What is dominating the discourse concerning her recent announcement is the fact that the former model kept many in the dark as to who the father of the baby is, as many of her followers are beginning to get curious over the suspense.

Ever since the celebrity blogger revealed to the world that she will soon be a mother with a public show of her pregnancy, tongues have been wagging as to who could be the man that put her in the family way.

Some even say the blogger’s recent transition into a family life may have been accelerated after she opted for artificial insemination as she gradually approaches menopause.

Others argue that the whole pregnancy thing may even be a charade, and that the blogger may not be actually pregnant, but simply wearing a prosthetic baby bump to create a media buzz, after she was allegedly dumped by her U.S lover, whom she had hoped would walk her down the isle.

However, Nigerians in their usual manner have been reacting to the news with some congratulating her for being pregnant, while others expressed their surprise especially after she recently recommended celibacy before marriage.

Indications are rife that the suspense may linger until the man in her life will be officially unveiled, but before then, let’s take a peek at the men who have in the past been linked with Linda Ikeji.

Dan Foster:

Linda Ikeji was in the past involved in an intimate relationship with former COOL FM radio personality Dan Foster, but she was later disappointed by the American born broadcaster who had his hands full at the time.

According to Dan Foster in a 2015 interview with Punch; Linda was in love with him but he was dating about three women then.

He said when he even married is wife, Linda still continued to long for him but he saved her number with different codes on his phone which his wife always ended up finding out.

“She was in love with me. But it didn’t work out”, Foster now married with children said. “I took her for granted and I was dating another person while I was dating her. I tried to keep a relationship in Abuja, another in Warri while she (Linda Ikeji) was in Lagos. Ah it was a nightmare,” Dan added in the interview.

Andy Ugbechi

Andy, who has been a top model for the past 25-years and Linda go way back since their modelling days and reports say their relationship has waxed stronger ever since they both met each other.

The pair have both in the past been spotted attending outings and events together and were both in Dubai together on vacation with a lucky fan and a few friends and family some years back.

Recall that Instagram went berserk in 2016 when Linda sent tongues wagging, after she shared a photo of Andy kissing her cheeks with the caption; “Andy and I in 2016. Friendship is not about who you’ve known the longest. It’s about who came and never left your side.”

Mr Aiye Dee:

Remember him? He is the guy who initiated the copyright saga which forced Google to temporarily shut down Linda Ikeji’s blog some years ago, over an allegation of plagiarism.

Close watchers at the time thought there could be something brewing between the pair but it turned out that it was a case of a long lost friend who in a bid to get across to Linda, turned into a hater, trying to crumble all her efforts.

Reacting to the incident at the time Linda said; ” You see, what happened with my blog wasn’t about beef. It wasn’t because I showed off my new SUV. It wasn’t about plagiarism, or copyright infringement. It was something deeper, very personal and maybe even more dangerous. Some would call it obsession.”

The pair later made up with many summing up that it was just a publicity stunt by Mr Aye Dee to be popular, while others were of the opinion that the guy in question may have been jolted by Linda’s sudden rise.

Don Jazzy:

Quite frankly, but on a lighter side, Supreme Mavin Dynasty (SMD) head honcho Don Jazzy has been a long-time admirer of Linda Ikeji and it is a fact that both of them are among the most talked about singles in the entertainment industry.

It’s not surprising that the public has in the past tried to force them to get married and it is on record that at a time when there were rumours about them dating in 2014, Don Jazzy hinted at his warm feelings for Linda.

On May 3, 2017, Don Jazzy jokingly invited the beautiful blogger to act in a film based on a script he wrote after he was inspired by the example of Banky W, who got closer to his lover, Adesua Etomi while they were both on the set of the movie ‘Wedding Party’.

Denrele Edun:

Eccentric media personality Denrele Edun and Linda Ikeji both go way back as close friends while they were still ambitious undergraduates of the University of Lagos, Akoka.

Denrele even shared a post on his Instagram page in January, 2018, revealing how Linda always helped him with cash anytime he goes broke, while they were still undergraduates at UNILAG.

In the picture post, Denrele added that Linda Ikeji is one of the most outstanding personalities that have affected him in life.

He wrote: “#FlashbackFriday to 2nd Semester Exams with @officiallindaikeji in Unilag where we had just cremated an English Major course. This was in 2002. But the real reason I’m posting this picture (Linda actually wanted it in Sepia mode even though I wanted it in colour) is to hail my Day1! LINDA IKEJI is still one of the most exquisitely amazing women I have had the utmost blessing of knowing!
