Gunmen kill three in Rivers during Liverpool vs Huddersfield match

Three persons were feared killed in Eneka community, Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State when a group of gunmen shot endlessly near a football viewing centre.

Several persons, mostly youths, sustained various degrees of gunshot injuries as the gunmen opened fire on residents of the area.

It was learnt that the incident happened at the end of first half of the match between Liverpool and Huddersfield, even as residents ran helter-skelter to avoid being hit by bullets.
