Mugabe flown to Singapore for medical treatment

Africa’s longest serving President Robert Mugabe has been flown to Singapore for medical attention according to reports.

This will be the third time the 94-year-old leader will be flown to Singapore for more medicals this year after as he was treated for eye problems the last time he travelled to the Asian country according to his spokesman George Charamba.

However, Chris Mushohwe, the Information and Broadcasting Services Minister of Zimbabwe refused to divulge what Mugabe is being treated for in Singapore while speaking to local press.

Mugabe has been in power since Zimbabwe’s independence in 1980 and has declared his intention to run for the 2018 elections.
