Musa wins Russian league with CSKA

Super Eagles Assistant Captain, Ahmed Musa, has won the 2015/16 Russia Premier League title as his club, CSKA Moscow, on Saturday defeated Rubin Kazan 1-0 to win their 13th league title.

He has now won three league titles with CSKA since he joined the Army Club from former Eredivisie outfit, VVV-Venlo.

The only goal of the match was scored by Alan Dzagoev in the 19th minute as Musa featured for 87 minutes before being replaced by Alexei Berezutski.

Musa, who took part in the contest, was eventually substituted in the third minute of second half stoppage time with Berezutski taking his place.

Musa, who scored 13 goals in the Russian Premier League and 18 goals in all competitions for the club, also helped them reach the Russian Cup final which they lost Zenit St Petersburg
