Court finds 48-yr-old man guilty of attack on London Mosque

A 48-year-old man identified as Darren Osborne has been found guilty of murder and attempted murder after deliberately driving into a group of people outside a London mosque in June, 2017.

Osborne was charged at Woolwich Crown Court, with police and prosecutors saying it was an act of “terrorism”.

According to reports, the convict who hails from Wales, was found guilty of murdering 51-year-old Makram Ali and trying to kill others in the Finsbury Park area of north London during the incident.

Reports say Osborne developed an obsession with Muslims after watching a BBC programme in which white girls were abused by British Pakistani men.
